Carlisle’s book signing last night ❤️✨🌹

What a beautiful evening for a beautiful important book & inspiring author. Thank you to all who came, for all the support & your open hearts.

As Carlisle’s student of almost 6 years, I wanted to share the immense gratitude & pride I feel in having Carlie as not only my teacher & mentor, but now also as a co-creator at Satya. So many divine alignments brought us here & I am feeling those blessings immensely! We are so blessed to have her here in the BVI ✨

Not only did we celebrate Ayurvedic Herbs of the Caribbean, but we also raised over $1000 toward our Community Clinic initiative, offering free holistic health support 3 days every month! Our next community clinic is October 29-31 🌿

We each have the opportunity to do simple things to realign with the natural state of balance that is always being offered all around us, in Nature 💧🌿🔥

What’s your favorite sense therapy practice in the BVI?

Mine are definitely a swim anywhere on the north shore, a sunset at the bat cave, the smell of my garden after a warm rain, walking barefoot around Sage Mountain trails, tropical flowers on my dining room table, & a mango or soursop snack during my afternoon dip in the sea 👌🏽💙

Nature has this magical way of bringing us each home, to ourselves 🥰✨

Over the past 25 years of studying Ayurvedic herbs in the tropics I have been longing for a reference guide bridging the gap between traditional Ayurveda and our beautiful island plant medicine. This book is my offering to our islands, it’s amazing people and the interconnected heart of humanity that reminds us that true healing starts at home.
My hope is for this to open conversations, shared cups of tea, bush walks and a growing community of Ayurvedic practitioners supporting one another on this incredible journey of life.
