On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Women Owning Knowledge Elevated Menopause Movement launched its FIRST of many events! Women came together in one place, with one voice, and on one accord, to be educated, embraced, empowered, and elevated about menopause and breaking the silence.

Dr. Letitia Henry, the Prevention Specialist, was off the chain with her menopause nutrition presentation. Ms. Zulima, Webster, LMFT, the mental health specialist, spoke on the importance of “communicating” about menopause without fear of being stigmatized.

NP Naita Salmon, CHLSC, (that’s me), the visionary behind this menopause movement and our go to person here on St. Croix, brought the conversation of menopause to a level of awareness and understanding.

WOKE Menopause Movement was created to build an inclusive resource-rich community that helps women navigate menopause with clarity, compassion, and credible guidance.

Together we will create a world where every woman can instantly find trusted answers, a supportive community, and pathways to care for every menopause moment.
