Many of you already know I’ll be moving off island June 27th. While I can’t say I know exactly what the future holds, I do know I would love to see your beautiful faces in class this coming Sunday morning at 9 AM for one last slow flow at Island Movement. To show my appreciation for your love and support, and to say farewell, for now. I hope to see you there ✨❤️

✨Monday Meditation✨

Connect with the state of calm that is always within, even among chaos. When hovering amidst the in-between spaces, it is easy to succumb to fear rather than faith that all will be well. If you can recognize this pattern, catch it, and reverse it, then faith and calm can become your default. Your energy shifts, and the world around you begins to match it. Easier said than done, but also, not so difficultly done either 😜

"Although my path may seem to meander, I choose to drop into faith, release fear, and trust my timing and my highest self to lead me down the right path"

✨️The in between moments✨️

I adore this photo for its candid nature.

A moment between posing just so. The way a pause at the top of an inhale breath can be seen and felt. The gentle upward gaze in awe at something in the sky.

It reminds me there's beauty and rest to be found in the in between moments, and I'm feeling that deeply in my personal journey right now. If you are too, can you soften into it and not rush through? Relish in the opportunity to just be, in between ✨️💚
