Our days at Vietnam Midori Coffee Farm - near Da Lat city, were packed with simple yet unforgettable moments: wholesome food, peaceful forest walks, morning yoga in the open air, and real, meaningful chats. Most importantly, it gave us all a chance to just slow down and unwind.

There's something special about understanding the story behind every cup of coffee

During my visit to Midori Heritage Coffee Farm, I was kindly taken on a tour through the plantation and introduced to every stage of the coffee journey from the coffee trees growing on the hillsides to harvesting, processing, drying, roasting, and finally brewing

It made me realize how much care, patience, and craftsmanship are hidden behind something we often take for granted every morning.
I always believe that travel becomes more meaningful when you don't just visit a place you learn its story, meet the people behind it, and see the passion that brings it to life

Thank you for such a warm welcome and for sharing your knowledge with me. It made me appreciate every cup of coffee even more ☕🌿
