When some services feel uncomfortable to do alone
In Hanoi, many services are simple once you’re familiar with them.
But the first time — they can feel uncomfortable.
Not because you can’t do them.
But because small details matter.
Language.
Unclear procedures.
Different explanations from different people.
Common situations where expats often want someone with them:
• Visa agencies or immigration-related services
• Clinics or hospitals
• Hair salons & nail shops
• Phone stores (SIM, plans, troubleshooting)
• Apartment viewings or paperwork discussions
That’s why I offer in-person accompaniment support.
I don’t make decisions for you.
I don’t speak over you.
I focus on:
• Asking the right questions
• Making sure information is clearly explained
• Clarifying prices, timelines, and requirements
• Double-checking details when things are unclear
• Sharing a clear summary so nothing important is missed
The goal isn’t to handle everything for you —
but to support you while you do it yourself, with clarity and confidence.
