Taco Soup Recipe
1 lb Hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Rotel Tomatoes w/ chilies
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or stock, your preference
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 packet Taco Seasoning
- Brown hamburger & onion, drain
- Melt Cream Cheese, then add tomatoes, broth/stock, garlic powder and taco seasoning and mix together
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- To serve, I topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream and Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split in half
8–10 large sea scallops, patted dry
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of ½ lemon (optional but amazing)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley

You need 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg and seasoning of choice. I used a ton of granulated garlic powder, and this garlic lover’s seasoning that grinds dried garlic and herbs.
In a bowl scramble your egg add your cheese, and however much seasoning you want. Spread into a circle (like pizza dough) on a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning and bake 350 10-25 minutes depending on your oven until browned, I broiled mine for a minute or so before taking it out! This was so good! I was worried about it being eggy but it wasn’t at all! The egg just acts as a binder keeping the cheeses together

WW Biscoff Mousse
Serves 4 | 3 Points each
Ingredients
½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
½ cup fat-free Cool Whip
2 tbsp Biscoff spread
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional: 1 crushed Biscoff cookie (divided)
Instructions
Microwave Biscoff spread 10–15 seconds until soft. Stir in almond milk and vanilla.
Mix Biscoff mixture with Greek yogurt until smooth.
Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Divide into 4 cups and chill 1 hour.
Optional: Sprinkle with crushed cookie before serving.

Skip cookie topping to keep points lowest.
