We are looking for an Clinic & Practice Manager to play a central role in this next stage.
Your role will be to bring people, organisation and standards together to help us deliver consistently high-quality healthcare.
This is an opportunity to join a long-term project, help shape the future of the clinic, and make a real difference to the quality of care we provide.
THE ROLE
As Clinic & Practice Manager, you will be at the centre of the clinic’s daily operations and team organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and coordinating the administrative team
• Human resources management, staff organisation
• Managing day-to-day operations and workflows
• Supporting doctors, laboratory staff and reception teams
• Maintaining high standards of patient service and professionalism
• Managing multiple priorities in a busy medical environment
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in management and team leadership
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is essential, French is an advantage
