Last month I was very fortunate to have graduated with my Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Otago. The journey has been wonderfully transformative and grounding, and I am grateful to everyone who invested in, imparted wisdom to, and shared their lives with me. I thank you all, one thousand times over, and pray that my work honours your investment, care, kindness, and support; I hope that it does you justice, and that it radically changes others just as you have radically changed me.

Very enjoyable 4 days with the OSEP team this week! Vinaka vaka levu to Dr Trevor Clark, ONOC, and everyone involved for investing in us as coaches.

Apr 08, 2024 | Strength and conditioning coaches from the region have gathered in Fiji this week with an aim to work towards accreditation under the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA).

Home for 2024 🫶🏾

In case you missed it, in the beginning of February I moved to Dunedin to finish off my Master of Physiotherapy! I’m excited to be here, and I miss everyone terribly. I didn’t want to leave but everyone that I wanted to stay for scolded me 😂 and pushed me to go, to learn more, to pursue my dreams, and, most importantly, to grow. So, here I am (against my will, almost) with a home-shaped hole in my heart, taking it one step forward at a time towards the finish line of my degree!
