At Maua, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable way to support local vendors and get essentials delivered straight to your doorstep or office To maintain the high level of service you are accustomed to, we are implementing our very first delivery fee adjustment since we began serving you in 2019
🗓️ Effective 06 July 2026, our delivery rates will update to: 🔹 Base Rate: $4 tala (previously $3)
🔹 Distance Rate: $1.95 per kilometer (previously $1.50)
Why the change? This decision was not made lightly We are adjusting our pricing to sustainably navigate rising operational costs, including: ⛽ Significant local fuel price volatility
🛠️ Higher vehicle parts and maintenance costs
📈 General inflation impacting logistics and local goods
This adjustment allows us to ensure fair compensation for our hardworking drivers, maintain strict safety standards for all handled products, and keep our fully functional digital ecosystem running smoothly for your convenience
