Week 3 of the Athlete Awareness Development Program at Church College of Pesega is officially wrapped! 🌟

This week, student-athletes of Pesega College gained hands-on experience with Functional Movement Screening (FMS). After discussing the critical role of Functional Movement Screening (FMS) in preventing injuries, they put theory into practice. They took turns coaching and screening each other through the fundamental movement tests.

With only one week remaining, these athletes are successfully shifting how they think about training and preparation. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the teachers, coaches, and staff at Pesega College for partnering with us to build a sustainable sports education environment.
