🍃 New update: available spots on Wednesdays for online creative counselling supporting adolescents and adults.

Jenny is an experienced Child & Family Play Therapist and Mental Health Social Worker with a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach. She uses creative and expressive approaches to support children, adolescents and adults to explore and express what can sometimes be difficult to put into words.

What is Creative Counselling?

Creative Counselling looks beyond words and recognises the therapeutic potential of creativity, expression and play.

It combines counselling with creative and expressive approaches informed by Play Therapy.

Depending on the individual's needs and preferences, this might include:

🎨 Expressive art
🧱 Clay and playdough
🏖️ Sand tray — including virtual sand tray
🧩 Objects and small-world play
💭 Imagery and metaphor
🌿 Movement
📖 Storytelling
✏️ Drawing and other forms of creative expression
