💦After an intense and exciting three weeks of swimming lessons at Cottage Club, yesterday marked the final day of the program.💦

During this period, we also continued developing our new swim coaches. They successfully completed their First Aid training and earned their C Diploma, an important milestone in their coaching journey. They remain on track to complete their full certification program in September 2026.

Adding to the program's success,
12 children earned their A Diploma, & 6 earned their B Diploma, a wonderful achievement that reflects their hard work, determination, and progress in the water.

We are incredibly proud of all the participants and coaches for their dedication, commitment, and growth throughout the program.

Congratulations to everyone on a job well done‼️

🎊We would also like to extend our gratitude to our swim instructor from the Netherlands, Maroushka, for her dedication, expertise, and commitment to the development of swimming on Saba. 🎊

A special thank you as well to Child Focus for their continued support and contribution to the growth of swimming on the island.

After a long day filled with excitement, cheers, and unforgettable moments, the dust is finally beginning to settle on the National Special Olympics Games 2026.

Our athletes have once again done an astonishing job, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of them for representing Saba.

🥇 Nacio & Nicolas brought home a Gold Medal.(1st place)
🥈 Jayden & Nacio earned a Silver Medal. (2nd place)
🎖️ Sharon & Alkema finished strongly and received a 4th Place Ribbon.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on these outstanding achievements. You have made Saba proud and shown that dedication, teamwork
, and perseverance truly pay off.
A special Thank you to our supporters who took the drive to support the athletes.

🏀 Also travelling and proudly representing Saba is our Men’s 3x3 Team!

The team is currently in EUX, where they will be participating in the FIBA 3x3 Lite Quest for the first time.

It’s a busy week for sports on Saba!

Also representing our island abroad is our Netball Team, who began their tournament yesterday and started off with an impressive victory! 🎉👏

We are incredibly proud of their strong start and the dedication they continue to show.
