Rachael Hennessy Reflexology I provide Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Hopi Ear candling therapies. I am also a Registered Nurse for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

All of which will help your body to relax, rebalance & rejuvenate, having a positive impact on your physical & mental health. My Story so far....

I am an ITEC qualified reflexologist, gaining my qualification from Golden Egg Holistic, Portlaoise. I am also qualified in Hopi Ear Candling and Indian Head Massage therapies and I continually follow up with CPD training in various aspects of reflexolo

gy. Although I loved nursing I just felt with the endless paperwork, staff shortages and time constraints I couldn’t care for the individuals in the way I wanted to. When I decided to move away from Nursing I knew I still wanted to continue on the caring and nurturing path that I started on. I always enjoyed holistic therapies myself but it was while I was in college in WIT in the middle of my Nursing qualification when a reflexologist came in to give us a demonstration on the benefits of reflexology which we could pass on to our service users. I couldn’t get the treatment out of my head; I was memorised at what she found on the feet in such a short space of time. Reflexology immediately became my passion and it was clear to me when changing career paths this was the perfect time for me to follow my dreams. I then began my own holistic journey and haven’t looked back! I am extremely passionate about the benefits of complementary therapies, thus combining my knowledge of holistic therapies and my nursing education and experiences, I intend to bring a wealth of understanding and care to all my therapies in order to tailor the treatment for each clients individual needs. I am a member of IRIL (Irish Reflexologist Institute) and so you may be eligible for a refund for some of your reflexology costs depending on your level of cover with any of these Health Insurers: Irish life, VHI, Laya Healthcare and Glo Health. I am looking forward to sharing my journey with you all.
