The UK has been 20-25 years ahead of us in research and in acceptance as a community on Autism research and support.

Back in 2010 is when I realized there was better information out there coming from Australia and UK, especially for girls and women on the spectrum.

I recognized early in our family’s experience that I would crumble quick without support. I figured out a system that worked for my kids and I. It wasn’t perfect. We learned along the way and lived experience is the best teacher. I changed communities 11x raising my kids who are now 18 & 21.

I heard that early in my career and it has stuck. We are honored to support our foster care programs and parents with free support and education!

This could be with heavily discounted CPR cards, free workshops or consults, it might even be with referrals to other resources in their community.

I run a caregiving support agency with a heart for helping families navigate the often broken systems we call healthcare. My goal is to provide compassionate, practical support while normalizing the realities of caregiving and chronic illness.
