From a full day at the market and meeting so many beautiful souls, sharing my jewelry, soaking in Sooke vibes, to arriving for soundcheck and stepping into the space… 🙏🏼

Last night’s Holy Fire Sound Bath was one of those experiences you can feel long after it ends...

There’s something special that happens when everything aligns;
the energy in the room, the sound system, the intention, the people who show up ready to receive.

From the first tone of the bowls to the final moments of stillness…
you could feel the shift.
Nervous systems softening.
Bodies letting go.
People dropping in.

So grateful to have co-created this with & I (Aurora) 🙌🏼

What we built together was more than a session… it was a full journey.

And for me, these moments behind the scenes matter just as much… the setup, the tuning, the quiet preparation before anyone walks in the room.

Because that’s where the intention gets set.

My heart is full after last night’s Ground in Sound journey at Fünketown 🌙

What a beautiful evening of deep rest, release, and resonance... a circle of open hearts, soft breaths, and sound weaving its way through stillness.

Thank you to everyone who came to lay down what was heavy, to receive, to simply be held in sound.

I’m feeling so grateful for this community, and for each of you who continue to show up with such presence.
