Herbal pantry is restocked, with another order soon with frontier co-op!

If you need any lotions or potions, or want an herbal workshop or two on the fall schedule at The Roots and Branches let me know! I've got some infusions on the schedule for the next couple weeks, and I'm going to be offering some tea and pre roll blending classes this fall.

REALLY EXCITED GUYS

After many months I can start easing back into teaching, sound sessions, and Reiki treatments ☺️

Chair yoga: Mondays 7-8pm at The Roots and Branches

Outdoor sound at sunset: Most Sundays 7:30pm offiste

Pop up Sound and gentle Movement select Fridays at R&B

All of the above offered by donation, pay what you want or don't pay at all ☺️

Bookings for Reiki treatments in August
Booking individual and private small group yoga classes
Booking sound sessions in and around Bergen

Collabs are open for September and beyond 💕

In September we will start Reiki circle, quarterly yoga book club and discussion, our first cohort of Reiki students, art class for grownups (!!!) and Yoga mentorship program.

Thank you for being here!

Excited to start bringing my own yoga classes back.
Chair yoga and restorative yoga sessions being scheduled in July and August....if you have any day or time preference let me know ASAP ⏰

🫂Reconnect to Yoga workshops in August and September for those that stepped away from yoga and want to get back in or give it another go in a judgement free zone with props and support for changing bodies.

Sunset stretch and sound....outdoor movement and music pop ups coming as weather and schedules allow 💗🌞🎶

Reflecting on being open for 3 whole months!
It's been HARD
It's been LONELY
It's been EXHAUSTING
It's been WORTH IT

Thankful for the growing community of people that are falling in love with this little space in Bergen, can't wait to see what the next three months brings 💕
