An appreciation post to my man, my king, mi amor 🤍
It's been 1.5 years now since our eyes locked on a bali dance floor, our bodies danced like magnets, like a jigsaw puzzle finding its final piece that clicks everything into place.
A lot has happened since then. We've travelled a lot, sharing music, movement & magic together everywhere we go - Bali, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India & Spain.
When we first met, I really had to ask myself - am I ready for this? For a connection that not only expands my capacity for love, but also all the fears & shadows that come with being fully revealed, fully seen, naked & raw?
I knew I was ready, because you were standing in front of me. It felt like all of my decisions, choices, actions & inactions in my life lead me to you.
Your whispers has been calling me in the wind, my prayers were received by you across oceans, the blind leading the blind, our intuition guiding us step by step, to each other.
Suddenly it all made sense. Suddenly I felt ready to have a sacred mirror🪞reminding me of my greatness, my souls mission. To have a partner that holds my hand as we walk through the flames of our own becoming, together 🐦🔥
Taking honest self responsibility for your dharma is not all sunshine & rainbows. It's a willingness to sit in the shadows of all the parts of you that aren't yet free.
We've both lived such rich, deep, intense lives before meeting one another - full to the brim with experiences. But you feel like an integration. My heart led me far & wide in this lifetime, & finally she can rest with you.
& despite all the growing pains that come with rising together in sacred union - we have always had a maturation, a deep knowing, an unwavering clarity in... us.
We've never played games with each other's hearts, because somehow we've just known who we are to each other all along 🤍
