Are you pregnant or do you know someone else who is? Feeling anxious about labour and birth? This anxiety is 'normal' because women are conditioned from a very young age to expect birth to be painful and traumatic - something they just have to get on with and bear when their time comes. The

truth is that it doesn't have to be that way, no matter what kind of birth you plan for or have on the day. More and more expectant parents are discovering HypnoBirthing and realising there is an alternative way to have a baby and it is simply allowing your body to do as nature intended. Have you ever wondered why no other mammal experiences pain and discomfort when in labour? Why are humans fitted with birthing muscles that don't work properly? The answers lie in understanding how a woman's body is designed perfectly to birth babies and learning how to eliminate the fear, anxiety and tension that causes pain and makes labour a traumatic experience. HypnoBirthing will teach you how to do this using tailored breathing and relaxation techniques along with giving you an antenatal education you will struggle to find elsewhere - once you start the course, you will wonder why everyone isn't doing it!

Very excited to officially now launch my new brand name for Serenity Birthing - Pure Hypnobirthing! 🥳 Aligning the brand with my Hypnotherapy business to provide seamless support across 2 businesses, I remain passionate in my quest to support couples on their journey through pregnancy and birth. And although the name is new, my wealth of experience over more than 10 years teaching this empowering programme remains very much intact! And hopefully more exciting developments to follow later in 2024! 😃
