Shiatsu is a hands on treatment which works on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. If you are ill, stiff or stuck parts of your body can feel disconnected, bringing you pain or emotional discomfort. Shiatsu works with the whole body, not just the area of discomfort, helping you to change patterns and supporting the bodies self healing process. I use gentle stretches and palm/ finger pressure to bring the body to a place where it can transform.
