Yoga at French Vanoli Galway At French Vanoli School of Fitness we have Heated Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and KYM Yoga to offer in Oranmore, Galway French Vanoli Hot yoga is not Bikram Yoga.

We have a newly designed studio where the levels of heat and humidity are carefully controlled and are paramount to the safety of our students. It's not so hot that you are drained and dehydrated but warm enough that your muscles get nice and warm and lengthen with ease. Our classes are not over filled and we ensure you have enough room to practise in a comfortable environment. Hatha Yoga

lasses tend to be less vigorous than traditional vinyasa classes. Guiding you safely into postures with greater attention to alignment. Whilst still challenging these classes are more suitable for those who are new to yoga or who have never practiced. Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way,' flowing through practice linking breath with movement. More fluid that Hatha you will flow through poses generating heat in the body. This practice helps to build strength and flexibility in the body. Combining these two styles creates a dynamic and interesting class that appeals to people of all levels.
