After experiencing great results in her own personal life journey, she decided to embark on learning these skills for herself. Her journey started with learning Reflexology at the British School of Reflexology in London with Ann Gillanders in 2005. During the course she was amazed to learn how magical the human body is and, if given time, how the body can heal itself with the support of alternativ
e treatments, real food and supplements. During her time there she was led to study the Usui Reiki system of Natural Healing and achieved the level of Reiki 1 to Advanced Reiki (Master level), she qualified in 2007. Through working on her own body and working on friends she discovered how powerful one’s own energy can be in helping the soul reach a place of calm and serenity. The hustle and bustle of everyday life takes us from one thing to another during our day-to-day activities, playing a rollercoaster effect on our minds and bodies. Pina has discovered that Reiki and Reflexology treatments are very powerful on their own. Her methods combine these two very effective treatments, REI-flexology, in order to achieve a greater sense of relaxation and balancing of body, mind and spirit. The use of Crystals and Stones have become a part of her daily life over the years. Pina was drawn to introduce these into her work, using them to balance the chakras and also using them intuitively when guided. In 2016 she qualified in Crystal Healing level 1 with SoulTopia. Pina enjoys broadening her skills and knowledge and is always researching to learn more to help herself and her clients achieve a sound state of Mind, Body and Spirit.
