It feels like it wants to come through as the resonant theme for today.
Justice
~~ karma ~~ honesty ~~ integrity ~~ balance ~~
May we let our learned knowledge and intuitive wisdom guide us in Right action. May our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions be aligned and based in love and health.

Are your thoughts, words and actions aligned these days? Are they honoring your truth?
Are there any areas in your life calling for radical honesty?

Did any sensations arise in your body as you pondered these questions? Where did you feel them? How was your breath? Shallow or deep? Quick or slow? Easeful or restricted?
Did these questions bring up any emotions? Did you experience any resistance? Did you get defensive?
Where did your mind go?

These questions are meant to be exploratory. Can you hold them with curiosity, lightness and, compassion rather than judgement or criticism...

For those who don't yet know, I've some big news... that is equal parts exciting and bittersweet: on May 1st, I'll be leaving Fit2Perform and Ethos Athletics and stepping into a new chapter — a full-time private studio nestled inside Family First Chiropractic (Full-time! Wahoo!)

I'll be joining forces with my friend and colleague, Lara of White Tiger Healing. We move through the world in similar ways, share a vision for what healing work can look like, and are already brewing some delicious offerings together — both group and individual. More on that soon. Consider this your teaser 🤭

I'm also bringing more shape to soul purpose coaching sessions and beginning to explore integration packages that weave together body, energy, and coaching work — stay tuned.

I'd like to part with some gratitude-- To Erin Adams of Fit2perform — thank you for taking me on as a newly minted massage therapist and giving me room to stretch my wings. To the physical therapy team and Jeremy of 802 Chiropractic — you were a genuinely stellar crew to work alongside. To Emily Wood for bringing me into Ethos Athletics, and to the exceptional trainers there — it was an honor to work with y'all.

And to all of my clients--enormous gratitude for your trust and support in this journey. None of this would be possible without you.

A lot more goes into sessions than meets the eye ...

Every person, every body is unique with their individual experiences... I take it all into account---past, present, future, when working with someone.
I do the prep work before and after sessions so I can be completely dropped into presence during the session, feeling confident in my base knowledge and guided by intuitive wisdom.

I love this work.
I love how each session is different based on what's presenting on and given day, at any given moment.
I love connecting with folx in a genuine, deeper way in order to get at the heart of what they desire and need for support, healing and transformation.
I love the collaborative process.

Look at this magnificent creature.
I was in retreat last weekend with some incredible creators, healers, space-holders, and magical sentient beings.

It's not always easy to take space out of our busy lives to... Just be. To attend to our inner world. To notice the beauty that is in and around us. All. The. Time!

But let me tell you ... When you can give yourself the gift of "checking out" (of habitual, auto pilot, mass media, survival mode...) to "check in" (with presence, nature, your deep inner self...), it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
It's not luxury.
It's your life-line.
It's critical.
It's critical for surviving these times.
It's critical for remembering our essence, our humanity (we are not machines meant to work till we break).
