Blooming Steps Physical Therapy Pamela Vartanian, PT, DPT, PCS Pamela Vartanian is a doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in pediatric care.

Pamela has more than 10 years of experience in providing Physical Therapy treatments. Some of her work experiences includes: Northridge hospital in-patient, out-patient, and rehab with both adults and pediatrics; CCS (California Children's Services) working with neurologically involved children and equipment management; and EI (early intervention) working with developmental delays and various disorders.
