Of course, we all have the choice to ignore our own intuition also. Many can relate to this and have ignored that "gut knowing" at some point in their life. Often blame of others or situations comes into play.

It has been a busy time since reopening in April and much has changed over the last year as I am sure it has for many. However, it has been amazing and I am truly grateful to be able to invite clients back into the clinic, see faces and chat ( be it with masks on). Guidelines remain in place for my own and my clients safety. Full details will be given on booking.

This last year has shown us just how fast things can change and that plans so often need to be manoeuvred. When there is an expectation, then there is also a chance of disappointment.
