Hi Everyone 👋

I’m going on an adventure!!! Sometimes in life the timing is right and I am fortunate enough that over the next month I will be doing something I have literally been waiting to do for over a year!

Nothing feeds the soul like a little wanderlust!

This is a friendly reminder that I will be out of the office from February 16 - March 14 but don’t worry, the main office at Lifetime Wellness Center is still open for supplement pick up on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and select Saturdays.

📣 Today, I'm going to be honest with you and myself...

I originally created this account to inspire, educate and connect with like-minded people. I showed up and created content that I thought would be relevant and interesting despite being a introverted, private person.

Over the past few years, the posting slowed, and then became basically non-existent. I stopped showing up and using my voice 🗣. It was not because of a lack of caring, but my fears and anxiety starting to creep in.

If I'm being truly honest, I felt embarrassed 😔by how paralyzing my fear has been.

Yesterday, I was challenged during an online intensive workshop by Meghan Walker - strategist to health entrepreneurs] to share my "wins" and I felt triggered. I felt like I did not have any wins to report. We also talked about what things can stop us from using our voice and keeps us from being visible.

I did not post my win on social media, and was urged to reflect why this morning.

Taking inspiration from posts from both Meghan Walker - strategist to health entrepreneurs] and .wellnesswriter, about their fears that stop them from being visible and using their voice, I wanted to change my narrative too! 😁

These are my top reasons that keep me from being visible and using my voice here on social media AND my mindset shifts to help me overcome these fears.

Hello Monday! 👋

Is it just me or is there something about Mondays that brings on a new type of energy, a hopeful energy for what’s to come?

I am coming fresh off of a weekend intensive and my brain is full of ideas and I’m feeling very inspired and motivated about what I want this final stretch of 2022 to bring for not only myself but for all of you!

In my daily life and in my practice I can sometimes get caught up in the minutia of details. This is something that is an ongoing work in progress for me. I’m really trying to relearn that not everything has to be perfect and not everything has to be done right. The importance of momentum and the push to keep moving is what lately has been inspiring me to create positive changes in my life.

We can all create the change we want to see by being brave, stepping out of our comfort zones, and even if the ground feels like we are treading through mud, if we put one foot in front of the other, we can still move forward with ease.

Who is ready to take on this Monday, this week, this month, and the rest of 2022 by being brave stepping out of their comfort zone and creating the momentum and change they want to be?
