มีโอกาสได้ร่วมงาน Media Preview ของ Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit โรงแรมไลฟ์สไตล์ที่โดดเด่นทั้งดีไซน์ ความทันสมัย และบรรยากาศที่มีเอกลักษณ์ สมกับคอนเซ็ปต์ที่ทั้งชิค มีสไตล์ และสะท้อนเสน่ห์ของโลเคชันได้อย่างลงตัว

ค่ำคืนนี้เราได้ลิ้มลองอาหารสเปนจากห้องอาหาร CANTE ที่อร่อยและเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติแบบต้นตำรับ พร้อมชมการแสดง Flamenco Dance ที่สร้างบรรยากาศได้อย่างมีชีวิตชีวา

หลังจบงาน ทุกคนได้ไปสนุกกันต่อที่ SOOL HAUS กับ After Party บรรยากาศดี เครื่องดื่มหลากหลาย และการพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับสื่อมวลชนและคอนเทนต์ครีเอเตอร์กว่า 60 สื่อ

I had the pleasure of attending the Media Preview of Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit, a lifestyle hotel that perfectly blends modern design, local character, and a vibrant atmosphere.

One of the most impressive parts of the evening was the attention to detail. The Hilton team flew in from New York to curate the food, beverages, and overall guest experience, making every moment feel thoughtful and memorable.

We also had the opportunity to hear from the hotel's General Manager, who shared the vision behind the property. In addition, members of the Canopy brand team, who also traveled from New York, introduced the brand philosophy and explained how Canopy creates stylish, neighborhood-inspired hotels with a unique identity in each destination.

We enjoyed an authentic Spanish dining experience at CANTE, followed by a beautiful Flamenco dance performance that brought so much energy to the evening.

The celebration continued at SOOL HAUS for the after-party, where more than 60 media representatives and content creators gathered to enjoy great drinks, conversations, and a wonderful atmosphere.

We also toured all three room types, and I can't wait to share a detailed room review in my next post.

After an intense week of training clients, it’s time for some well-deserved self-care at Oasis Spa (Thonglor 20)!
If your body is feeling sore and your muscles are tight from working out or long office hours, this place is absolute perfection. I fell in love with the peaceful vibe the second I walked in—a charming vintage wooden house surrounded by lush tropical gardens right in the heart of Thonglor! 🍃
Their signature treatment, "King of Oasis", is a game-changer. It’s the ultimate fusion of traditional Thai massage, warm aromatherapy oils, and herbal compresses. The therapist knew exactly where my tension was and worked through every knot with incredible skill. I left feeling completely recharged and weightless!
Rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself. Give your body the love it deserves! 10/10 highly recommended! 💆‍♀️🔥
