I have always seen heard and felt spirit. After experiencing what is called "the dark night of the soul" I realized that I needed to share my gift with the world. I have since trained and expanded my knowledge and experience to be able to bring messages to you from spirit. Along the way, I have found Reiki Healing. Reiki is the Japanese method of healing (much like Chinese Acupuncture but with out

needles) Reiki is the laying of hands and offering of healing energy. It is used to help release old emotions that we no longer need to carry or even realize that we are still holding onto. Reiki is used for not just emotional release but also aides in physical healing as well. Reiki is now being offered in hospitals before, during and after surgeries to promote healing, less pain medications and better response to chemotherapy. The shadow is not your identity. It is a teacher.

The light is what reminds you of your truth, your wholeness, and who you have always been.

I am deeply grateful for both the light and the dark.

How else would we discover our blind spots?
How else would we find our way back to our soul?

We need both to make this human experience feel real—honest, messy, beautiful, and wildly alive.

Not gonna lie—- I’ve been going though it.
Healing brings forward old patterns, old emotions, and quite a bit arrives into presence for review.
I need to learn how to feel safe.
I need to reprogram my body to know what it feels like to TRUST.
