Here are 4 very short videos explaining what can "go wrong" when there is a real Leg Length Difference that affects the pelvis, and spine. I have examined thousands of people over the last 12 years as a chiropractor to determine true leg length in nearly all of my patients. The diagnostic strategies I have developed are the most import element of my practice, and the only conclusion I can honestly come to is that about 80% of the musculoskeltal pain population in my practice have a true discrepancy. A lot of chiropractors may not agree with this. However, the results speak for them selves: a lot depends on how much time is devoted to searching for this problem, and what measures the examiner is prepared to undertake in order to arrive at the truth. Watch out for the next video.

I hope you find this useful, especially as a reminder of how leg length influences the pelvis, whether we get low back pain or not!
