Not every craving is about food.

Sometimes it’s stress. Sometimes it’s being overwhelmed.

Sometimes it’s emotions you haven’t had space to process.

If you’ve ever found yourself eating without really knowing why, this might be for you.

What is your relationship with food? Do you think it’s good or something needs to be done about it?🙂

Most of us wear masks.🎭

Not the kind people can see, but the ones we put on to get through the day.

Masks aren’t always intentional.

Sometimes they’re survival strategies we’ve developed after disappointment or simply trying to get through another difficult day.

Not everyone who says “I’m okay” actually is. 🥺

But even strong people need someone who asks,
“How are you… really?”🙂

Needing support is part of being human, not a sign that you’re weak or incapable.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is let someone help carry the weight.

Healing often begins the moment we stop performing and start being honest, with ourselves first.

💜 If this resonated with you, save this post for later or share it with someone who may need the reminder today.

Today, we celebrate the psychologists who choose empathy, curiosity, and compassion every single day.
Thank you for creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Thank you for helping people make sense of their experiences, heal from pain, and build healthier, fuller lives.

In celebration of Psychologist Appreciation Day, we sat down with our Clinical Director Amanda Iheme Amanda Iheme , shares her thoughts on therapy, working with clients, and the purpose behind the work she does every day.

Behind every great team is trust, laughter, and moments that bring people closer. 😁

We took a break yesterday to connect, play, laugh, and simply enjoy each other’s company at our team bonding session.

From friendly games to creative expression during our sip-and-paint session, every moment reminded us that strong teams are built not just through work, but through shared experiences.

Here’s to more laughter, more memories, and more moments that bring us closer. 🫶🏽

Sometimes, anxiety is learned long before we realize we’re carrying it.

From constantly walking on eggshells.
From growing up in environments where peace felt unfamiliar.
From being taught that safety comes from overthinking, overpreparing, and never letting your guard down.

Anxiety is not always random. Sometimes, it’s a survival response that stayed too long. In the video, we talk about where we often learn anxiety from.
