The signature of today expresses the energy of dedication, love and universalizing loyalty with the crystal tone of co-operation. This makes it a perfect day for us to be sending this invitation out to others.

Our GrowFree Community purpose it to bring together peers and practitioners with a desire to move from external authority into internal sovereignty and new ways of living and being together. Ahead of putting together a membership offering that will feature guest practitioners alongside our own member content and sessions, we’re inviting practitioners we resonate with to get to know us a little more.

We're opening our online weekly Sanctuary once a Moon for practitioners and potential peers to join, for free and with no strings. In the Sanctuary, there is an equality of experience that welcomes experienced practitioners alongside those newer to conscious exploration, healing and spiritual awakening.
They start with a quiet guided check-in, allow space for sharing without comment or advice, then finish with a supportive practice, offered from among those present, to address the common threads that emerge.

Our next Open Sanctuary is this Wednesday, 9th October 10-11am. We have no doubt you are busy, and yet, if marking out some sacred time within your working week is possible, We’d really LOVE you to be there. The invitation is open to you, and indeed anyone you feel may be interested in what we are/do.

We had such a great day at our Equinox Retreat on Saturday!
