Switching timelines is possible.

Not because magic suddenly arrives and rescues us.

Even writing the sentence “I help people remember who they are” feels a bit OTT and unspecific. Until I look through the messages I receive…..

One of my private clients, a somatic coach who has worked with healers and channels her entire career, said this about our work together: “Every time I work with Tonja I remember who the f*ck I am.”

A woman in the last round of Overflow, who had been waking up angry and lost for months, wrote one line in the group after a session: “I remember who I am once again.”

Two completely different women. Different containers, different price points, different seasons of life. Same words.

So I’m going to say it and let the proof hold it up. I help women remember who they are. I clear what’s sitting on top of who you already are.

The patterns, the old stories, the energy that’s been running things from underneath. And when that moves, what’s left is YOU! The real one. The one you forgot was in there.

I work with a lot of women who come to me and say some version of the same thing.

I’ve done everything.

The courses, the journaling, the therapy, the coaches. I understand my patterns. I know where it all comes from, but something is still running underneath all of it, and I cannot reach it. It’s just out of my reach.

And they’re right. They can’t.

Because what’s running the show is deeper than mindset.

It is living in the subconscious, and the energy, and past lives, and ancestral lines, and layers that no amount of journaling on its own is ever going to touch.

So we go there and we clear it.

And I cannot tell you how much I love this part because when that layer shifts, their whole life reorganises.

I had a client who was living in a caravan and couldn’t see her own gifts. Now she’s running her healing business, living in a proper home, flourishing in ways she couldn’t have imagined.

There was a woman I worked with whose only comfort was going to bed, because she dreaded all of her days, and suddenly she feels energized and filled with joy and cannot believe the difference.

And another client who had done decades of “the work,” decades, and nothing had broken through. She has told me that she feels free for the first time in her entire life. Free of baggage she didn’t even know was in her DNA.

This happens over and over and over again. And it still lights me up every single time.

Because we cleared what was in the way, and then everything that was already available just started rushing in.

That is what I built Overflow from. That energy. That momentum. That feeling of ‘oh my goodness, it was always there. I just couldn’t reach it before.’
