Think of it as a wireless charger for your whole body. 💡

Sit back 5 to 10 feet away. No touching, nothing to do. The BioCharger does the work while you relax.

Every recipe in the guide is available as a custom session at Float RI:

😴 Sleep and winding down
⚡ Energy and focus
💪 Recovery and joint comfort
✨ Skin, digestion, and more

Each month we also run three targeted sessions on our weekly schedule at a lower price. October’s are Longevity Stack, Mitochondrial Support Stack, and PurifyRecover 22.

Okay, but what IS the BioCharger? ⚡️

Think of it as a whole-body wellness experience that uses a combination of light, frequencies, voltage and harmonics during a non-invasive session — you simply sit nearby and let it run.

The really cool part? There are hundreds of different programs and stacks designed around different wellness intentions — from digestive and immune support to recovery, relaxation, sleep, energy, focus and more.

So depending on what your body — or your day — is asking for, we can choose a session with that intention in mind.

It’s one of the newer tools we’ve brought into Float RI, and we’re having a lot of fun exploring everything it can do. ⚡️

Do you hear that? That’s our halo generator.

The season changed, and so did my immune system — woke up with a scratchy cough and came straight in for halotherapy.

It’s finely micro-particled dry salt, so gentle you can barely taste it, but it clears out your respiratory tract and helps break up congestion. Adding gentle heat helps it work even better.

Not a substitute for seeing your doctor — if you’re really sick, sit this one out. But if you’re just feeling a little off, this is exactly when I’d come in.

Happy Autumn Equinox!!

Today the light and dark finally balance out, so it felt like the right day to talk about red light therapy.

Red light therapy is of my favorite parts of my own routine here. Cellular repair, inflammation, skin support, all from light.

I don’t know if you’ve been feeling the seasonal shift as much as I have. My mood, my energy, my sleep — feels a little off lately. If that sounds familiar, 30 minutes of red light might be worth trying.

Sunday reset, done. 🎶

Today’s pick on the vibroacoustic bed: Energy Clearing and Alignment. Low-frequency sound moves through your body while you lie back and do absolutely nothing.
