Important Updates:
• I have rescheduled all missed appointments that were missed while I was away. If you have not heard from me yet, please reach out directly so I can get you back on the schedule

• Online scheduling through the portal is available to current patients and has been turned back on

• A quick reminder that I will no longer operate out of the SSM office at the end of the month
