Adult & Child Sound Baths this August 🌿

A gentle hour to slow down, connect and enjoy something special together during the school holidays.

Each session will include an introduction to the instruments, followed by a relaxing 30-minute sound bath, with refreshments afterwards.

Thursdays throughout August at 11am
6th, 13th, 20th & 27th August

Suitable for children aged 7–14 years

£30 for one adult and one child

Everything you need to feel comfortable will be provided. Spaces will be kept small and cosy, so booking is essential.

The same cosy and relaxing experience as my weekly sessions, booked privately for 3 or more people.

The Sukha Host Package

A little more time to settle in and connect afterwards, with refreshments, nibbles and thoughtful extra touches to make the occasion feel special. Message me privately to discuss your ideas and for pricing.

Yesterday was so special … my first baby is about to become a mummy ❤️

We gathered all our nearest and dearest. 5 generations of our own family, from 8 months to 95 years of age, life long friends, new friends, a new extension of the family and work colleagues all celebrated with a beautiful afternoon of food and chatter and games and more chatter and laughter and connection. Thank you to everyone who came and made my Paigey feel special. Lucy, your cake making skills are incredible (maybe a new career?) Beth, thank you for helping with the balloons and to everyone else who helped out on the day and with contributions, thank you so much I feel so blessed to have such beautiful women around me and my girls. Lastly but by no means least, to my youngest baby Mim’s, you went above and beyond planning this shower, the effort and time you’ve put into giving your sister such a special day makes my heart swell ❤️ who would’ve thought with a 10 year age gap you two would be so close. I am beyond proud of you both and cannot wait to meet my first grandchild next month. The next generation is here and it’s going to be a joy to watch it all unfold ❤️

Sometimes what we need most isn’t to do more, but simply to pause.

Join us at Sukha Sanctuary for a peaceful morning designed to help you make space for calm.

Together with guest practitioner Jo Sanders, Intuitive Healer, we’ll begin with a gentle EFT (a simple tapping practice to help ease stress and settle a busy mind) before pausing for refreshments and nourishing snacks. We’ll then end the morning with a relaxing Sukha Sound Bath, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested.

There’s something truly special that happens when women come together 🤎

A day filled with love, laughter, connection and yes… a little bit of silliness too.

We shared nourishing food, moved our bodies through yoga, had meaningful conversations, laughed until our cheeks hurt, and ended the day wrapped in the soothing sounds of a sound bath.

The older I get, the more I realise that wellbeing isn’t just about quiet moments and meditation. It’s also about joy. Friendship. Feeling seen. Being yourself without judgement.

The energy in the room yesterday was something really special.

Thank you to everyone who shared the day and made it what it was. ✨
