Another rainy but warm beautiful day in june, 🌻
How are u spending ur day?
Busy, or in stillness?
What small self care moments are u taking?
How are u filling your cup? 💛🙏
Last night and today
Wee flo and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset down the beach last night after a bit of brain burning day catching up with admin.
followed by a short walk in the woods in ayr this morning.
Feeling overwhelmed with the admin, it brings the system into freeze and react mode, at times it causes more reactions to simple foods, fragrances and brings on fatigue so draining it can be difficult to function.
But this morning we got out, connected with the trees, listened to the birds, enjoyed the beauty of the colourful and blooming flowers around the woods, which helped soothed the Vagus Nerve and helped restore balance within. 💪🤘💜
Living with, grief & cptsd is challenging, each day brings different challenges withing the body , even if the day before has been magical.
Recalibrating the central nervous system whilst going through physcology is difficult but rewarding.
After every session, although horrific at times, my body feels more peace, lighter, free, safe to be fully myself.
Step by step, moment by moment, the body is healing, recovering from the deep childhood and adulthood trauma, its being release one step at a time,
Life is good, iam good, even on the days when the body's not quite so good.
Iam grateful to each and everyone one of you who support the cic, for the times ive had to postpone or reschedule groups or classes. ❤️
Iam grateful for the kindness given to me over these past few years, through the amazing ladies who have supported me without judgment as ive worked through the chaos,
