so many people tell me, โ€œhow is talking about it going to help anything?โ€

to those of you who feel that way, you wonโ€™t know until you try.
psychotherapy is far more than mere talking.
it is being seen with a safe-enough other.
it is finding the words to describe what your body and mind are screaming.
it is confronting painful memories with a safe person beside you rather than alone.

psychotherapy is powerful. just like you.
