There's a version of you that exists before any of your roles do.

Before mother, minister, provider, fixer, the strong one everyone leans on. Before the roles came the woman.

The Well is a place to come back to her.

On Saturday, August 15, I'm hosting The Well, where you don't have to be anyone's anything for two hours. Just a woman. We'll start with light refreshments and connection at 10:00 AM, then move into our session built around rest, clarity, and remembering who you are underneath everything you carry.

No role required. No RSVP either.

📍 9108 Lackland Rd, Overland, MO 63114
🕙 Saturday, August 15 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Come be a woman instead of a role for a morning. See what's still there.

Bring a friend who needs to remember too.

Exceptional women, this one's for you.

The mom who's also the peacekeeper. The daughter who's also the fixer. The friend who's always available, the business owner who never clocks out, the woman who is Chief Everything Officer of a life she built and loves, but that is also wearing her out.

If you're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix... the "don't call me, I can't solve one more problem" kind of tired... this video is my invitation to you to PAUSE.

P - Pinpoint what area of life feels heavy right now. Career, family, finances, faith, health.
A - Ask who, what, why. Who am I carrying this for? Why does it matter that I do this now?
U- Uncover the cost. What is this really costing you mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually?
S - Seek support. Community, someone with capacity, counseling, or coaching.
E - Exhale. Rest the woman. Restore her to herself. Reconnect to what makes you feel like you.

I'm not asking you to fix everything today. I'm asking you to PAUSE.

And if you're ready to do more than pause, I'd love to have you at 🌱 The Well 🌱 on August 15th at 10am. It's a space built for women like you to rest, reconnect, and reorient to God as your Source, so you can stop running on empty and start showing up as a re-source.

Bring a friend who needs this too. Tag her below.

🌱 Join us for The Well, this Saturday, June 27th 🌱

Each month has been an amazing time of community, connection, and clarity (we've gotten clear on who we are, where we are at this stage, and what's next).

There is no cost to attend nor do you need to register/RSVP. This event is open to any woman over the age of 18 (unfortunately, childcare is not provided 😔).

There are places in life where we pour. And there are places where we are poured into.

The Well was created to be the latter.

Every month, women gather in a space designed for honest conversation, meaningful connection, personal growth, and spiritual renewal. No pressure. No performance. Just room to reflect, learn, heal, and be refreshed.

Whether you're navigating a season of transition, carrying responsibilities that feel heavy, or simply longing for community, there's a seat for you at The Well.

Join us on Saturday, June 27th at 10:00 AM CST at Living Word Apostolic Church in Overland, Missouri.

Come ready to refresh, replenish, and refill.

Tag a woman who should come with you.

This weekend at The Well, we gathered around the theme of letting go.

We talked about the difference between reflection, worry, and rumination. Reflection helps us understand. Worry rehearses what might happen. Rumination keeps us circling the same thought, wound, or story without resolution.

The work was not to pretend the hard thing did not happen.

The work was to ask:
What am I holding?
What story have I attached to it?
Is that story fully true?
What does God say is true?
What am I choosing not to carry forward?

Letting go is not a magic act. It is a marked decision. Staying released is a practice.

The next Well gathering is coming soon. If you want to know when we gather again, send me a message and I’ll make sure you have the details.

Sometimes we know what the problem is.

We know what feels heavy.
We know what keeps showing up.
We know we are tired.

But we do not always know what we want to do about it.

That is why we gather at The Well.

The Well is a safe, supportive space for women to refresh, replenish, and refill through connection, conversation, community, and guided coaching.

No pressure to be "on."
No need to have all the answers.
Just space to breathe, be supported, and leave a little lighter.
