Do you procrastinate? And when you do... do you criticise yourself for being lazy, lacking discipline or bad at time management?

Well you may need to be a little kinder to yourself ♥️. Your nervous system could be using procrastination as a mechanism to protect you from something that feels emotionally unsafe. Like:
* Failure
* Judgement
* Overwhelm
* Disappointment
* Even success or visibility

That means the behaviour isn’t random. It’s protective.

I see this happening over and over in clinic. The interesting thing is that in their rational brain, many people want to move forward. They care deeply. They have ideas, goals, dreams, intentions…

But another part of the system is quietly trying to keep them safe from emotional risk.

If this is you, instead of forging ahead you find yourself stopping to pause.
Overthink.
Delay.
Avoid.
Start and stop.

Not because you’re incapable. But because somewhere underneath in the subconscious, it doesn’t feel safe yet.

This has been a huge part of the work I’ve been exploring recently — looking at the subconscious protection patterns driving emotional, mental and physical symptoms at root-cause level.

Behaviour makes a lot more sense when we understand what the system is protecting us from, and so much easier to shift.

What an amazing weekend!

I had the privilege of sharing our intermediate EMK Mastery of the Five Elements course with some truly beautiful souls.

Here are just a few moments out of a wonderful weekend of learning, sharing, practising, releasing and transforming as we learnt to work with and balance the five elements energy system.

Something not everyone realises when they’re thinking about learning kinesiology…

The time of year you start learning affects when you qualify.

If you join the latest April Kineasy Intro Course, you can still complete your certification in Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology in 2026, and potentially be practicing as early as October this year.

If you wait until our next intake in June, that timeline shifts into 2027.

There’s no right or wrong here 😊 It just depends what you want, and how ready you feel.

And you’re also very welcome to come and learn Kineasy for your own wellbeing. You don’t have to have the full pathway figured out right now.

But if part of you is feeling like there might be something more in this for you… this is exactly why I added this extra class.

Someone asked me recently what my favourite thing to teach in the Kineasy Intro Course is… and that’s not an easy question to answer, when you look at all the amazing remedies we learn across the two days.

Personally, I’ve been loving working with flower essences myself in clinic lately – they’re muscle testing up so much and creating really deep emotional shifts for people.

But my favourite remedy to teach in Kineasy is colour therapy… because it’s something you can start using straight away, and it can shift perspective – how you _look_ at something – in such a powerful way ✨

I realise I never shared much from the Mind Body Spirit Festival a couple of weeks ago…

It was such a beautiful few days of connecting, teaching, and watching people experience kinesiology in a really hands-on way.

Moments like this always remind me why I love what I do 🥰

Thanks to everyone we chatted to, did classes with and held space for – I’m grateful to have shared this amazing experience with you.

It was especially wonderful to have some of our past students on the stand sharing their wonderful kinesiology practice with so many people. 🙏

I added an extra Kineasy class… and nearly didn’t share it!

But every time I teach this foundational Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology course, something shifts.

People come in curious… and leave realising they can actually work with their body — not just guess or hope things change.

Had an amazing pilot session today, which was a deep nervous system dive.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, it protects. And sometimes that protection shows up as stress… overwhelm… self-sabotage… and even physical weight.

In this session we worked with essential oils, flower essences, spiral energy and body-based remedies to gently regulate and release what had been stored.

The shifts were beautiful.

This is the work I love – not forcing change, but creating the conditions where the body feels safe enough to let go.

And I’m quietly refining something very special behind the scenes. 🌿

If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense logically… your body might be holding the answer.

You’d be surprised how many everyday things change when you start listening to your body.

For me, it was perfume. Because I realised my nervous system responds to everything.

In Emotions and Energetic Kinesiology, we use essential oils to support energy shifts and bring the body back into balance.

So now I test, I blend, and I support what’s actually needed - all while smelling nice 👃🌹

With just over a week until our February Kineasy courses start, I wanted to share this for anyone who’s been considering learning Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology 🌿

The Kineasy Intro Course is a 2-day foundation course where you’ll learn muscle testing and the basics of working with emotions, stress and the nervous system, in a very practical, supported way. It’s a great stand-alone course and also the first step on our professional certification pathway.

I keep these groups intentionally small, and there are just a few spaces left. Enrolments will be closing in the next few days so I can prepare fully for the group.

* Kineasy live online 21-22 February
