Welcome Back
This is a really special month for Terrain Health & Wellness — we turn ONE 🎉
So much growth, love, support, and learning has happened in the last 12 months & I can’t wait to share with you what is coming for the next year.
In the months to come, I am going to share with you some behind-the-scenes, recipes, and education on local herbs that I use in my tinctures & skincare items!
I have been hard at work behind the books learning new techniques and education to bring to you & in my kitchen creating a wide variety of apothecary items.
This past year I have worked with so many clients who entrust a part of their healing to my services through bodywork or herbal medicine. I enjoy watching all my clients take control of their health through their own nervous system.
I have been blessed to welcome clients into my space and no matter how anxious they feel or look, or how dis-regulated their nervous systems are once they leave, it melts away and they get one step closer to their health goals.
It’s amazing to get a front-row seat for that transformation.
In the next year, I would love to further my education in clinical herbalism.
Basically, to learn more deeply about herbs and how they function in the body, and what my clients need.
This will help me to interact with all my clients with a more clinical approach to helping meet their natural medicine needs.
It’s an exciting time to learn and share with you all the benefits of natural healing!

• The Market on Teeples Pond is 9-11 & 9-12 and I will have my apothecary out there for your convenience to shop at and ask me questions that you might have! How my products can be useful to you, how you can use them, what benefits the herbs and tinctures have, etc! I get asked questions all the time, so feel free to come out and shop small this fall for products that are made high quality and for your natural healing!
• I will be running an apothecary sale on 9-28 so YOU can come and refill on all your tinctures and skincare that you will need for this fall as the weather starts to change.
Herbal remedies can help boost your immunity and shorten sickness especially in the winter months. All my skincare items will be out for sale too! There have been plenty of women who have come back again and again for salves, herbal face oils, toners, and cleansers! These are so beneficial in the winter months with the cold air and bitterness on our skins.
This sale runs from 1-7pm at Terrain Health and Wellness.
New & exciting things are in the works - and as always, I am listening to my clients and what those in my community are wanting to see out of a natural small business so I can better serve those around me.
