We are the Theodor family! Alissa is a Beachbody coach who decided to commit to a healthy lifestyle and is determined to pay it forward! Jason is a personal trainer or should I say “transformer.” As a married couple with busy lives we understand that life is hectic and we have places to be and people to see… BUT there is one thing that has helped us grow together and that is our health and dedication to staying on track and living our lives as best as we can. We are here to help provide the tools and support in order to achieve your goals, whether you just need a kick start to a healthier lifestyle, need new workout routines, or if you have just plateaued in your progress at the gym and want to try something different. If you follow the plan and are committed we promise you will see results.
