Eliza is a highly experienced physiotherapist who brings both clinical excellence and genuine care to every session. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland (2005) and close to two decades of experience in Australia and the UK, she combines deep clinical knowledge with a commitment to help

Her approach is holistic and grounded in the latest evidence, with a strong emphasis on thorough assessment, clear communication, and individualised treatment. She takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to each person, creating care plans that are not only effective, but meaningful and sustainable. Eliza’s clinical experience spans musculoskeletal, spinal, sports, orthopaedic, and rehabilitation physiotherapy, as well as Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy, dance and performance injuries, NDIS care, and chronic pain. She has worked in private practice, Defence Force health services, and public hospitals, and is known for her professional excellence, clear communication, and supportive presence. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys spending time with her family and children and loves being part of the Chapel Hill, Kenmore, and surrounding community. She has strong ties to local schools and sporting clubs — you’ll often find her in gumboots on the sidelines during soccer season or cheering from the stands at gymnastics.
