My favorite kind of day. ☺️

Congratulations to our next 5EDFR students! Today, we journeyed with the Earth Dragon—an energy that grounds and stabilizes us as we move through immense growth, helping us remain rooted even when the expansion brings its own challenges and turbulence.

Together, we worked with the Spleen and Stomach meridians, releasing patterns of worry, overthinking, and mental unrest while creating space for greater trust, grounding, and ease.

Everyone in this training has been working with energy for years, and one thing we all agreed on today was that this energy feels like it is operating at a much higher frequency—yet it is offered with such incredible ease. There is depth, power, and transformation without the need to force it. 🐉

✨ Our next training is in October, when we will journey with the Metal/Gold Dragon and the Metal element.

There are two WAKE experiences happening this weekend that we are especially excited about, and I wanted to put them on your radar.

Friday evening, Gabriela Lopez Comba is offering ** Systemic Movements - Returning to Your Center to Rewrite Your Story and Transform Your Present** from 6:00–7:30 PM.

If you haven’t experienced Gabi’s medicine yet, this is a beautiful opportunity to do so. Her meditations and workshops have a way of taking us beneath the surface and into the places where we may not even realize we’re carrying something. This workshop explores the unconscious dynamics within our family systems and how those patterns can continue to influence our relationships, our health, our sense of abundance, and our emotional well-being.

There is something powerful about realizing that not everything we carry actually began with us. Sometimes returning to our own center means becoming curious about what we inherited, what we’ve been repeating, and what might finally be ready to change.

Then on Saturday evening, Tamara Tungate is holding ** CRONE CIRCLE: Reclaiming Sovereignty in the Third Phase ** from 6:00–7:30 PM, specifically for those who are moving through menopause and post-menopause.

I love the intention behind this circle. It creates space for those of us who are no longer maiden and no longer mother in the traditional sense, but who are discovering what exists beyond those identities. There is so much cultural messaging around aging that asks us to become smaller, quieter, or less visible. The Crone archetype offers us something very different: not decline, but initiation. Not disappearance, but sovereignty.

These are two very different experiences, but I think they share something at their heart. Both invite us to look more honestly at who we are, what we’ve carried, and who we are becoming.

You do not have to know exactly what you’re looking for before you come. Sometimes you simply recognize something when you see it.

There is something special about being part of something while it is still taking shape.

WAKE is growing, and with that growth comes new facilitators, new classes, new ideas, and new opportunities to explore. We are learning alongside one another what this community wants to become, and I love that there is room for it to evolve.

Last month, our first round of Founding Memberships opened at $166/month, and we were so grateful for the people who chose to step in and help us begin building this community.

We have now opened a second round of Founding Memberships at $188/month.

As a Founding Member, your $188 monthly rate is grandfathered in for as long as you maintain your membership without canceling. Your membership gives you unlimited access to the rotating classes and workshops offered throughout the month, both in person and on Zoom.

There is no expectation that you attend everything. There is no particular way you need to participate. You can come often, come occasionally, explore something completely new, or return to the practices and facilitators that become meaningful to you.

The invitation is simply to have a place where growth, curiosity, connection, and community can continue to be part of your life.

One of the things I love about having access to many different facilitators and practices is that we don't always have to know what we need before we begin.

Sometimes we arrive knowing exactly what we're looking for. Other times, we walk into something because we're curious, and somewhere along the way we discover that it was exactly the experience we needed.

WAKE was created with room for that kind of exploration.

You might come to a class because you've practiced something for years and want to go deeper. You might come because you've never experienced it before and simply want to see what it's about. You might find a practice that becomes part of your regular rhythm, or you might try something once and realize it isn't for you. All of that belongs here.

Our membership gives you unlimited access to the classes and workshops offered each month, both in person and on Zoom, so you don't have to choose one particular path or decide ahead of time what will be meaningful to you. You get to explore.

There is something meaningful about having a place you can return to again and again.

Growth doesn't always happen in the moments we expect it to. Sometimes it happens through a conversation that stays with us for a few days. Sometimes it happens because we tried something unfamiliar. Sometimes we simply needed a place where we could show up exactly as we are and spend a little time with people who are also exploring, learning, and growing.

That is part of what we are creating with WAKE.

Each month, our facilitators offer a rotating collection of classes and workshops that invite you to explore different practices, perspectives, and ways of connecting with yourself and with others. Some experiences may be familiar to you, while others may introduce you to something you've never tried before.

Membership gives you the freedom to explore all of it, with unlimited access to classes both in person and on Zoom.
