Comment THYROID for the Thyroid Health Formula

Comment REVIVAL for several episodes discussing thyroid health in depth and how T4 meds do not address the root cause.

Are they necessary sometimes - yes in certain cases absolutely but we should still be asking WHY rather than just slapping a bandaid on and hoping people improve because most women don’t get the release, they think that they will, and overtime the body stops hearing the signal so dose goes up.

From prisoner in her own home to getting her life back…

For 17 years, Brittany lived her life around her gut. After severe post-infectious IBS, antibiotic overuse, mold exposure, and chronic SIBO, she was terrified to leave the house without mapping out every bathroom.

She was missing everything—grocery trips, family walks, and her kids’ games. Doctors dismissed her, and no one could explain why she suddenly gained 30 pounds after a bad virus.

But 6 months after winning our scholarship, everything changed:

✅ Down over 30 pounds

✅ Handling stress like a pro

✅ No more mapping out bathrooms

✅ Fully present for her family67839

As Britney puts it: “I can leave the house without any worry about my stomach.”

Ready to stop living your life around your gut?

Your gut bugs need food, not just more bugs.

That’s why I love Orontes — it pairs chicory root, an amazing prebiotic fiber, with 7 probiotic strains, made with A2A2 dairy so it’s gentler on digestion.

Here’s what each strain brings to the table:

Streptococcus thermophilus — helps break down lactose, so dairy sits easier

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus — a classic gut-supportive culture that works alongside the others to ferment and balance the gut environment

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis — supports overall flora balance

Lactobacillus acidophilus — one of the most researched strains for gut and yeast balance

Bifidobacterium lactis (B. Lactis) — supports regularity and a healthy immune response

Lactobacillus rhamnosus — well studied for gut-brain communication and crowding out unwanted bacteria

Lactobacillus lactis (S. Lactis) — produces lactic acid, which helps keep the gut environment less hospitable to bad bugs

Prebiotic + probiotic + easy-on-digestion dairy = a gut formula that actually makes sense. 👑💩

Iodine, Cysts And Fibroids: The Growth Signal Nobody Checks

In today’s episode of The Health Revival show we answer five listener questions:

- iodine as a growth regulator behind cysts
- fibroids and thyroid nodules
- estrogen dominance with normal labs
- a child’s eczema through the gut
- post-surgery constipation

and telling venous insufficiency apart from lymphedema and a Baker’s cyst.

She’d been on a PPI for four years.

Started with a little heartburn. Now it’s a cough that won’t quit, throat clearing all day, and that lovely feeling of something permanently stuck in her throat.

Her doctor’s answer? Stay on the pill.

Here’s what nobody told her: her problem was never too much stomach acid. It was too little. Low acid means the valve at the top of your stomach doesn’t close. Acid sneaks up. You get handed an acid blocker. Now you have even less acid.

Congratulations, you’re in the loop.

We tested her. H. pylori — the bug that neutralizes your stomach acid so it can live there rent-free. Nobody had ever looked.

That’s usually where it starts. Then SIBO, candida, dysbiosis, bile that stopped flowing. A PPI does nothing for any of it.

Which is why you’re still symptomatic four years in.

This is fixable. But not by guessing.

Austin, age 7, started with us having multiple food aversions/very picky eating, headaches, back to back strep infections that resulted in panic attacks and OCD behaviors (PANDAS symptoms) and now he’s a completely different kid 😍

Andrea Jones heads up our pediatric program and we are so thankful for her! Comment STRONGSTART if your kiddo is in need of help 🤍

We made the “Dad Bod” sexy…

Then women started asking, “Where did all the masculine, energetic men go?”

Riddle me that.

And before somebody loses their s**t—this isn’t about six-pack abs or body shaming.

It’s about men walking around exhausted, insulin resistant, gaining belly fat, losing their drive…and being told their testosterone is “normal.”

So let’s settle this:

Did the “Dad Bod” movement promote healthy body acceptance—or did we accidentally normalize men feeling like s**t?

Men: Have you ever had your testosterone checked?

Women: Have you noticed this happening to the men around you?

Still wired at 3am. Still cramping. Still constipated.

And you’ve taken magnesium every single night for six months.

You didn’t fail magnesium. Something is stealing it faster than you can replace it.

Comment “MAG” and I’ll send you the 5 hidden drains — and the exact test that finds each one.

Because here’s what nobody selling you a bottle will say:

Cortisol flushes it out through your kidneys.

Acid blockers stop you absorbing it at all.

Birth control and HRT change how you use it.

Gut inflammation blocks it at the border.

Sugar and alcohol pull it straight into your urine.

You can buy the perfect form and still stay empty. Every single time.

And when you finally ask your doctor to check it? “Normal.”

Less than 1% of your body’s magnesium is in your blood. Your body will strip it out of bone and muscle for years to keep that number looking pretty. By the time it reads low, you’ve been running on empty for a very long time.

You’re not lazy. You’re not “just stressed.” You’re leaking.

👉🏼Comment “MAG” and I’ll send the 5 drains straight to your DMs.
