PS you can make the pancakes in advance, reheat in the microwave and plate up - it will take you less than 5 minutes 😊

With a few tweak and additions you can take something that might be perceived as 'unhealthy' like a croissant and make it work for you β™₯️

Not all soups are created equal and often you'll need to add either a protein and or some carbs to make it a bit more balanced for a meal.

But here are some options where 1 serving (300g) works well as a snack option and 2 servings (600g) can work as a quick meal option.
