Last night in live guidance, I was reminded of something important about Power.

There are two kinds of power, and they feel completely different.

1. Dominating Power (Power OVER)
This is battle mode. It needs to make someone else smaller to feel big.
It talks louder, interrupts, pushes, shames, or uses silence to punish.
It says: "You have to do what I say, or you will feel my storm."
People obey it because they feel anxious, not because they feel safe.
It comes from hurt, from fear, from needing to prove.

2. Alpha Presence (Power WITH)
This is light mode.
It does not need to push. It is rooted. Grounded. Quiet.
It is Kwan Yin on Her white lotus — no wings, no shouting — but when She arrives, you feel it. Peace. Stillness. You are safe.
It says: "This is who I am. I am enough. I am who I am supposed to be. You can meet me here if you choose."
It holds boundaries without apology and without aggression.
It listens more than it speaks. It breathes.
People are drawn to it because they feel their own light grow brighter next to it.

Last night, I did not battle to be heard. I did not need to fight to have an Alpha presence.
I just sat in my light. That flash you saw around my head — that was not me dominating. That was me allowing. Light between my hands. Gloriously Me.

I am learning, and maybe you are too:
True Alpha does not quiet someone else's storm by shouting louder.
True Alpha watches the thunderstorms wash the earth clean, and stays rooted.
Everyone has to live. Everyone is light.

Always have humility, always have the inner strength to walk away, always remain pure hearted.......it is not difficult, it is a choice!
And if pressure from others puts you into this situation, walk away from it......
I really have an issue with people that cannot remain strong and that folds under pressure from others.....where is your strength, your pride?
Unfortunately, movies has created the "acceptance" of such behaviour, giving the impression that to dominate is power?
