Winter has a way of making everything feel a little stiffer. ❄️

If your knees, hips, shoulders, or back seem more uncomfortable during the colder months, you're not imagining it. While cold weather doesn't directly cause joint pain, it can make existing stiffness and discomfort feel more noticeable.

A few reasons why this happens:
