It was a privilege to be invited as a guest speaker to engage learners during Teen su***de prevention week (8-14 Feb 2026). Creating awareness around mental health and teen su***de is a responsibility I hold close to my heart. Every conversation, every question, and every moment of reflection with these young people reinforces why raising awareness early is so important. Thank you to the school for trusting me with this space to educate, empower, and inspire.
