Our bones, joints and muscles play an essential role in keeping us moving — both at work and in our everyday lives. This World Bone & Joint Week, JobMed Occupational Health encourages everyone to take small steps towards better musculoskeletal health and injury prevention.

👟 Stay active — keep your joints flexible and your muscles strong.
🏋️ Build strength — incorporate suitable strengthening activities into your routine.
🥗 Eat well — support bone health with a balanced diet.

Stay aware. Stay safe. Keep moving forward!

Slips, trips and falls are among the common causes of workplace injuries, but many incidents can be prevented by following simple safety practices.

👷 Here’s how you can help prevent accidents:

✅ Keep floors clean and dry
✅ Keep walkways clear of tools, equipment and cables
✅ Wear appropriate, non-slip footwear
✅ Ensure work areas are well-lit
✅ Use handrails when climbing stairs
✅ Report spills, damaged flooring and hazards immediately
✅ Stay alert and avoid distractions while walking

🚫 Don’t run in the workplace, ignore warning signs or take unnecessary risks.

Remember, workplace safety is everyone’s responsibility! A small safety precaution today can prevent a serious injury tomorrow.
