A smoke alarm isn’t dysfunctional for ringing if there’s actually a firešŸ”„ The survival prompts from 200,000 years of evolution aren’t a ā€œdisorderā€ for not dissipating upon our entering a period of unprecedented health decline…

Less than 12% of Americans are metabolically healthy.

Less than 1/4 of children meet the minimum physical activity guidelines.

72% of high school students get insufficient sleep according to the CDC.

The ā€œdisorderā€ would be a human body not responding to obvious survival threats through prompts for behavior change….that’s the beauty of how our physiology works.

Hunger isn’t a punishment-it’s a prompt to eat.

Feeling tired isn’t a punishment-it’s a prompt to sleep.

Feeling anxious isn’t a punishment-it’s a prompt to reestablish physiological resonance.

Resonance is achieved when the survival needs of the body are met.

Sleep, exercise, sunlight, hydration, nutrition-these are the biological bills we inherit when inhabiting a physical body.

We pay the bills on our own biology through healthy behaviors. We have to know what those behaviors ā€œareā€ in order to engage in them..

The vast majority of our youth are not provided the education or infrastructure to meet their most basic physiological needs.

This doesn’t mean they are ā€œdisordered.ā€

It’s means they are dispossessed of a necessary 21st century toolkit for mental and physical health which we can easily provide by teaching physiology, first.

As long as we conflate the natural response of the human body to an increasingly unnatural environment as a ā€œpsychiatric disorderā€we rob a generation of their potential while railroading them into a pharmacologically fueled (and completely avoidable) addiction crisis.

The alternative is empowering, inspiring, and enabling optimal health by teaching youth about their physiologyšŸ§ šŸ“ššŸ”„

Yes, there’s a picnic.
Yes, there’s good food, laughter, and fun.

But what makes this experience different is what you take home with you.

The brain profiling session is an investment in clearer communication, deeper understanding, and learning how to support each other better!

It has a way of opening your eyes and gently shifting the way you see your partner… and yourself.

Some experiences are more than a date.

This is one of them.

Limited space available! Book your spot:

This isn’t just a Valentine’s picnic.

It’s time to slow down, connect, and understand each other on a deeper level.

Through couple’s brain profiling, you’ll gain insight into how you and your partner communicate, what triggers stress, and where your natural strengths lie — individually and together.

Many couples leave saying, ā€œWe finally understand why we respond so differently.ā€

You won’t look at yourself — or your partner — in quite the same way again.

Spaces are limited for a reason.

And, as if that were not enough, your ticket enters you into a chance to win:
1. Night away for 2 @ Mogi Boutique Hotel
2. Calabash Restaurant voucher
3. The 5 Love Languages book by Gary Chapman
