Francois Naude Psychologist Counselling Psychologist working with individuals and couples. I am a Counselling Psychologist working with individuals (16 years and older) and couples.

I use BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) to assist clients dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma responses, phobias, stress, overthinking, and patterns that feel automatic. I belief that emotions organizes interactions and experiences with self, and others. By exploring and organizing emotions that are frightening, alien, and unacceptable we create transformative moments that positively impac

t models of self and others. This shapes a competent self that can become a fully alive human being. My main treatment modalities are Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Other modalities and techniques I often use is Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt. I also offer career assessment and counselling. I am available after hours and on weekends for sessions by appointment. I offer counselling in Afrikaans or English.

This powerful, neuroscience-based approach adds another effective tool to my practice, allowing me to help clients work through anxiety, trauma, and unwanted patterns in a fast and focused way.
I’m looking forward to integrating BWRT into my sessions and continuing to support my clients in creating meaningful, lasting change.
